Returns
You may return most unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping).
To qualify for a return:
- Product must be in original condition and packaging
- No signs of use, damage, or tampering
- Return request submitted within the time frame
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please:
- Email us at mornedelicecacao@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Product name(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Shipping Returns
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- For returns due to manufacturer error or damage, we will provide a prepaid return label.
- Please package the item securely to avoid damage during transit.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is complete.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item per the above process and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been opened or used
- Products past the 7 day return window
- Purchase receipts or order details that cannot be verified
